Day 1
Windhoek

On arrival in Windhoek, you will be transferred to your hotel. If you have time, explore Windhoek at your leisure.

Day 2
Windhoek Etosha National Park

Leaving Windhoek, our journey takes us northward through expansive cattle farming regions and bushlands until we arrive at Etosha National Park. Renowned for its abundant wildlife and unique scenery, we reach our camp just outside the park by late afternoon. The remainder of the day is free for leisure activities.

Day 3
Etosha National Park

The day is dedicated to exploring the abundant wildlife of Etosha National Park, surrounding the parched salt desert known as the Etosha Pan. Home to four of the Big Five — elephant, lion, leopard, and rhino — this park was Namibia's first conservation area, established in 1907 by Governor von Lindequist. While the park's vast expanse limits access to only the southern edge of the pan, visitors can enjoy exceptional game viewing around natural and borehole-fed waterholes. With over 114 game species and 340 bird species, including giraffe, blue wildebeest, zebra, hyena, and rare black rhino, Etosha offers a comprehensive safari experience via an extensive network of roads connecting over 30 waterholes.

Day 4
Kavango region

After breakfast, we journey northward towards Namibia's lush Kavango region, passing quaint villages along the way. Our lodge, located just outside Rundu, welcomes us with its renowned collection of hand-crafted wooden artworks. Contrasting with Namibia's arid landscapes, the Kavango region showcases expansive woodlands, perennial rivers, and diverse ecosystems of riverine forests, floodplains, and reed-lined channels. Here, traditional huts and homesteads still thrive, offering glimpses into local life. At the lodge, you can opt for a memorable Sundowner boat cruise on the Okavango River, soaking in the tranquil beauty of this unique environment.

Day 5
Mahango National Park

After breakfast, we trace the path of the Okavango River into Namibia's Zambezi Region. Along the way, we pause at Divindu to visit a Khwe San village, where we immerse ourselves in bushman culture, traditions, and witness their desert survival skills. The Zambezi Region, lush and green with its perennial rivers and expansive forests, stands in contrast to Namibia's arid landscapes, epitomizing the country's reputation as a "Land of Contrasts." Here, fertile soil supports abundant wildlife, thriving subsistence and cattle farming, and renowned traditional wood carvings. From our lodge, nestled on the banks of the Okavango River and overlooking the picturesque Popa Falls, we enjoy a serene setting near Mahango National Park for the next two nights. Our rooms boast unobstructed views of Buffalo Park across the river. Later enjoy a late afternoon boat cruise on the Okavango Riveand you may opt for a short walk to a local Habukushu village, with wellness treatments also available at the lodge.

Day 6
Mahango National Park

After an early breakfast, we venture into Mahango National Park, Namibia’s smallest yet most densely populated reserve, promising exceptional sightings for both animal enthusiasts and bird watchers alike. Renowned for its high concentration of elephants and rare antelope species such as roan, sable, tsessebe, and red lechwe, Mahango also shelters several sitatunga. With over 400 bird species, it's a prime spot for birdwatching enthusiasts. Later, you can opt for an afternoon stroll to visit a local village, enhancing your cultural experience in this vibrant region.

Day 7
Bwabwata National Park

Leaving Mahango National Park behind, we journey through the Zambezi Region (formerly Caprivi), arriving at the verdant woodlands along the Zambezi River. Here, expansive riverine forests host hundreds of elephants, vast herds of buffalo, and a myriad of antelope species. Boasting over 400 bird species, this area stands among the premier birding destinations in southern Africa. Upon settling in, you can choose to join an optional guided afternoon activity to further explore this breathtaking region.

Day 8
Chobe National Park

After breakfast, we cross the border to Kasane, a lively town right on the edge of Chobe National Park. Our accommodation for the night is nestled in a pristine corner of the African wilderness, where two mighty rivers converge, creating a wetland paradise teeming with nature and wildlife. Explore the marvels of this enchanting destination where diverse wildlife thrives abundantly. This area boasts the highest concentration of elephants in Africa, alongside large herds of buffalo, puku, lechwe, bushbuck, and kudu. Lions, leopards, wild dogs, and iconic antelope such as sable and roan are also commonly sighted in the neighboring game reserve. In the afternoon, embark on a guided Chobe sunset river cruise through the National Park, offering a front-row seat to observe the myriad of game species along the banks of the Chobe River.

Day 9
Chobe National Park Victoria Falls

Early this morning, enjoy a game drive through Chobe National Park, arranged by the lodge's activity center. Savor a cup of coffee or tea as you witness the sunrise and the natural world stirring to life. Set out on an open vehicle with lodge rangers to explore the park and observe wildlife foraging along the Chobe River, including elephants, lechwe, roan antelope, and waterbuck. After returning to the lodge, enjoy breakfast served on the terrace overlooking the river. Following breakfast on the Chobe River Front, our guide will escort us across the border into Zimbabwe, marking the culmination of our safari adventure. The afternoon presents a variety of activities to choose from in and around Victoria Falls.

Day 10
Victoria Falls

Accompanied by our guide, we embark on a guided excursion to Victoria Falls to witness firsthand why it's hailed as one of Earth's seven natural wonders. We explore the falls on foot, experiencing its breathtaking beauty amidst the thunderous roar and mist that billows skyward, earning it the local name "Mosi-oa-Tunya" — the Smoke that Thunders. Afterward, we have the option to visit a craft market showcasing handmade goods by local artisans, before returning to our centrally located hotel in town. The rest of the day is free for leisure activities.

Victoria Falls Departure

Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel. Your guide will accompany you to Victoria Falls International Airport, depending on your departure flight schedule.
