Bariloche: Argentinas' Lake District
Tour Description
Make the charming town of Bariloche your base for 4 days, as you explore the area's mountains, lakes and forests. Bariloche is set on the shores of the glacial Nahuel Huapi Lake, in the heart of Argentinas' beautiful Lake District.
Explore the streets of Bariloche, known for its Swiss alpine-style architecture and delicious chocolate. Then head out and enjoy nature; discover the country's oldest national park, ride a chairlift to the top of Campanario Hill for panoramic views, take a boat journey to the less-traveled Tristeza Sound, go on a short hike to some waterfalls, and more!
This Bariloche extension is designed to be added to many of our Argentina programmes, or add on a Lakes crossing to take you to Puerto Varas, Chile for more exciting adventures.
