Day 1
Kilimanjaro Arusha

On arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you'll be warmly welcomed by our local representative after clearing customs and immigration. Transfer to your hotel in Arusha where the remainder of the day is at leisure.
Depending on your arrival time, relax after your flight or enjoy the peaceful gardens of your hotel before your safari begins.

Day 2
Arusha Tarangire National Park

After breakfast and a comprehensive safari briefing, depart for Tarangire National Park.
Travelling through rural Tanzania offers fascinating glimpses of everyday life as Maasai villages, local markets and grazing livestock dot the landscape beneath the dramatic Great Rift Valley escarpment.

After lunch, head out on your first game drive. Tarangire is renowned for its enormous elephant herds, ancient baobab trees and excellent predator sightings. During the dry season, wildlife congregates around the Tarangire River, making for outstanding game viewing.

Return to camp as the sun sets over the African bush.

Day 3
Tarangire National Park Karatu

Enjoy breakfast before travelling towards the fertile highlands surrounding Karatu.
Nestled amongst coffee plantations and rolling farmland, this region offers a refreshing contrast to the open savannah. Arrive in time for lunch before enjoying a relaxed afternoon.

Guests may wish to join the complimentary guided coffee plantation walk, learning about the cultivation and processing of one of Tanzania's finest exports while taking in the beautiful surrounding

Day 4
Ngorongoro Crater

Rise early for one of Africa's most remarkable wildlife experiences.

Descend 600 metres into the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Ngorongoro Crater, home to an astonishing concentration of wildlife. Often described as Africa's Garden of Eden, the crater supports more than 30,000 animals, including lion, elephant, buffalo, hippo, hyena and the critically endangered black rhino.

Enjoy a picnic lunch beside a hippo pool before continuing your game drive across the crater floor.
Later this afternoon, ascend the crater walls and return to your lodge.

Day 5
Ngorongoro Central Serengeti

After breakfast, continue through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area towards the endless plains of the Serengeti.
Keep your camera ready as wildlife sightings begin long before reaching your camp. Vast grasslands stretch to every horizon, supporting one of the highest concentrations of predators anywhere in Africa.

Arrive in the Central Serengeti for lunch before heading out on an afternoon game drive, where resident wildlife and dramatic landscapes provide exceptional safari experiences throughout the year.

Day 6
Central Serengeti Northern Serengeti

Today's journey follows the path of the Great Migration.
With a picnic lunch packed, travel north through the Serengeti, enjoying a full day's game drive as landscapes gradually transform towards the Mara River ecosystem.

Between July and September, the Northern Serengeti becomes the stage for one of nature's greatest wildlife spectacles as vast herds gather on the riverbanks, watched closely by crocodiles and predators waiting nearby. While nature can never be predicted, this itinerary is timed to give you the very best opportunity to witness these dramatic river crossings.

Arrive at camp in time to relax before dinner.

Day 7
Northern Serengeti

Spend a full day exploring the Northern Serengeti.
Your guide will tailor the day's game drives according to the latest wildlife movements, maximising your opportunities to witness the Great Migration in action. Watch thousands of wildebeest and zebra gather along the Mara River while lions, cheetahs, leopards and crocodiles wait nearby.

The exact experience changes daily, making every safari unique.

Return to camp as the sun sets and enjoy an evening beneath spectacular African skies.

Day 8
Northern Serengeti Masai Mara

Following breakfast, transfer to Kogatende Airstrip for your unique cross-border journey into Kenya.

Fly to Tarime before continuing by road to Migori, where you'll board your onward flight into the Masai Mara.
On arrival, you'll be met by your camp team and transferred into the reserve. After lunch, enjoy your first game drive in the Masai Mara, home to abundant wildlife and one of the best places in Africa to witness the Great Migration.
Return to camp at sunset.

Day 9
Masai Mara

Enjoy a full day exploring the world-famous Masai Mara.
Morning and afternoon game drives follow the movements of the migration while searching for the Mara's famous big cats, elephants, giraffes and abundant plains game. During the migration season, immense herds of wildebeest and zebra move across the reserve, closely pursued by predators, creating unforgettable wildlife encounters.

Between drives, relax at camp overlooking the Mara River before ending the day with a classic African sundowner.

Day 10
Masai Mara Nairobi

Following breakfast, transfer to the nearby airstrip for your scheduled flight to Nairobi Wilson Airport.

On arrival, you'll be met and transferred to a nearby hotel where a day room and lunch have been arranged before your final transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward international flight.
Your safari concludes after experiencing one of the world's greatest wildlife events, following the Great Migration across both Tanzania and Kenya during its most spectacular season.
