• One entry per new booking made with Viva Expeditions between 1 September and 30 October 2026, to any Viva Expeditions destination. The more bookings you make, the more entries you receive.
• Open to eligible travel agents who make a qualifying booking during the promotional period.
• Entries close 30 October 2026 and the winners will be drawn on 6 November 2026.
• Bookings must be confirmed and deposit paid to qualify for an entry.
• Cancelled bookings will not be eligible for the draw.
• Each prize is for one person only and is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
• International and regional flights, travel insurance, gratuities, personal expenses and any items not specifically stated as included are at the winner’s own expense.
• The East Africa famil is based on twin-share accommodation with another travel agent. The winner will have a choice of three famil itineraries, finalised itineraries are due out by last Jan 2027 for selection.  If the itinerary including gorilla trekking is selected, the gorilla permit is at the winner’s own expense.
• Travel dates and arrangements are subject to availability and may be changed if circumstances require.
