This morning, you'll be picked up from your hotel in Nairobi and transported to Wilson Airport for your included scheduled flight to Nanyuki.

Upon arrival, you'll be transferred to the camp in Ol Pejeta Conservancy for lunch.

In the afternoon, enjoy a game drive across the rolling plains to witness the incredible array of wildlife. Game driving in the Ol Pejeta Conservancy is a unique experience with limited vehicle access.

In the evening, savor a sundowner drink followed by a spotlight drive back to camp. Take a refreshing shower before joining other guests for a drink around the campfire or in the cozy lounge tent. Dine with your hosts either under the stars or in the adjacent dining tent.

About the camp
Kicheche Laikipia Camp consists of six luxurious tents, custom-designed and fully insect-proof, with en-suite bathrooms equipped with a dresser, flushing toilet, and hot showers. Each tent has comfortable chairs on the veranda overlooking the plains. One tent can be converted into a triple upon request. The camp features a spacious, well-furnished lounge and dining tent, and outdoor dining is preferred if weather permits.

Enjoy a full selection of game-viewing activities, including Day Game Drives, Night Game Drives focusing on nocturnal species, Interpretative Game Walks, and a Lion Tracking program that monitors the local lions, some of which are collared with receivers. Additionally, experience the Wildlife Educational Centre and the Chimpanzee Sanctuary.

Explore Night Game Drives and Interpretative Game Walks, providing insights into the eco-system's building blocks while offering exercise opportunities. The Lion Tracking program uses a portable satellite dish to monitor lions and transmit data to the study center.

In the afternoon, enjoy an exclusive visit to the Chimpanzee Sanctuary for an intimate encounter with these fascinating creatures and learn about the challenges facing chimpanzees in the wild. After spending quality time with the chimps, continue your exploration with an evening game drive, extending until dusk to capture the enchanting beauty of the surroundings.

Nestled within a grove of wild olive trees and abundant wildlife, Kicheche is a quintessential bush camp where game viewing begins right from the camp itself. The 11 tents are spacious, fully insect-proof, and equipped with en-suite facilities, ensuring hot water for showers is available at any time. Game viewing is conducted via 4x4 open-topped vehicles accompanied by experienced guides.
