Tour Description

Embark on an unforgettable 6-day Galapagos Islands vacation aboard the Grand Queen Beatriz, a newly-built luxury yacht. Flying in from Quito to San Cristobal Island your Galapagos cruise encompasses the popular visitor sites of Bartolome Island, Sullivan Bay, Santiago Island, Santa Cruz Island and then a return flight to Quito. You start with a bang at Red Hill to get up close to the famed Giant Tortoises in their natural habitat. Newly formed Bartolome Island shows evidence of its volcanic beginnings with incredible lava flows dotted with penguins and lava lizards, and a hike to the volcano's peak offers spectacular views. Your efforts will be rewarded with a swim at Sullivan Bay to snorkel among tropical fish, marine iguanas and reef sharks. Snorkeling continues at Espumilla Beach, a nesting site for sea turtles; and at Puerto Egas where you may have thrilling encounters with sea lions. If you prefer to stay dry when you visit Galapagos then a hike at Espumilla Beach will give you the opportunity to photograph Blue Footed Boobies and Galapagos Hawks, or you can observe incredible tidal pool life at Puerta Egas and hear the tales of pirate legends at Buccaneer Cove.  A journey into the cloud forest of the highlands on the final day of your Galapagos Islands vacation brings you close the Giant Tortoises once again, as well bird species such as Darwin finches and maybe the famous woodpecker.

When you visit Galapagos on board the Grand Queen Beatriz you experience luxury cruising at it's finest. Your journey around the Galapagos National Park will be elevated with great food, drink and company as well as insightful information from our expert crew. The well-appointed cabins are comfortable and modern and you can observe that captivating Galapagos landscape from your balcony or the sundeck or jacuzzi.
