Day 3
Casablanca Valley Santiago

After breakfast we head off to the Emiliana winery. This winery firmly believes that sustainable, organic and biodynamic agricultural practices result in better-balanced, healthier and more productive vineyards, which in turn result in better quality grapes and therefore better wines. Emiliana produces sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, viognier, marsanne, rousanne, pinot noir, syrah, cabernet sauvignon, carmenere and merlot.
After noon we head to the Re winery: Bodegas RE is one of the most creative wineries we know and wine maker Pablo Morandé is at the forefront of the Chilean scene. His underground winery uses ultra-modern concrete eggs alongside resolutely ancient buried clay pots, splicing wine making techniques of the past and present.

Around half one we visit the Casa Del Bosque winery. Viña Casa Del Bosque was founded in 1993 by Juan Cuneo Solari in the Casablanca Valley. It is one of the few family wineries of the valley. Being a boutique winery and working with small quantities, they maintain the necessary practices to produce the best quality wines. The production reaches 75,000 cases per year and over 80% of it is exported to the most demanding markets abroad. Casa Del Bosque produces chardonnay, riesling, sauvignon blanc, syrah, pinot noir, merlot, carmenere and cabernet sauvignon. Lunch included in this winery.
After lunch, tour through the winery, then transfer back to Santiago.
