Day 1
La Paz

Arrive La Paz & transfer to your hotel.
La Paz has a spectacular setting in a deep bowl surrounded by snow-capped mountains of the Altiplano. It lies in the shadow of the towering 6,438m high Mt. Illimani, always snow-covered and visible from many parts of the city. The city (from the main square) is 3,636 metres above sea level.

Day 2
La Paz

Take a four hours city tour through La Paz, elected as one of the 7 wonder cities in the world. It is in a valley at the foothills of the Andes Range, situated at 3,632m / 11942 ft. above sea level. The tour goes through the street markets rich in handicrafts, weavings and witchcraft items, followed by a visit to the colonial section of the city, San Francisco Church, Gold Museum, Murillo Square also visit to the viewpoint 'Mirador de Killi Killi'; and the outdoor replica of Tiwanaku temple. Then descending to the more modern, southern part of La Paz to reach and visit the Valley of the Moon, where a clay mountain has been impressively shaped by erosion. Afternoon at leisure

Day 3
Copacabana Sun Island

Sail to Sun Island, the legendary birth place of the Inca Empire. Explore the island and interact with one of the most unspoiled indigenous Titicaca villages. Spend the night in an ecolodge.
An enjoyable nice trip by private transportation going north through the highlands, then along Titicaca Lake and parallel to the Andes Royal Range until Copacabana (3 ½ hours), a pleasant town in the shores of Lake. Visit to its church and the famous "Virgen Morena". Trip by boat crossing the Lake to the Island of the Sun (1 hour) until Huacani to have an Aptapi (typical lunch in the highlands), this trip continues by boat up till to the ruins of Pilkokaina Inca temple. Finally hike to La Estancia with a wonderful view of Lake Titicaca (1 hour approximately).

Day 4
La Chincana – Moon island La Paz

DON’T MISS AN EARLY SUNRISE! Hike down through Yumani visiting the Inca stairs and the Water of the Eternal Youth, then have a trip north by boat to visit Chincana ruins and the Sacred Rock (1 hour); continue by boat to the Island of the Moon (1 hour) and the Inca ruins of Iñak Uyu temple to finally reach Copacabana (1 ½ hours). Private transportation back to La Paz (3 ½ hours).

Day 5
La Paz Sucre

Transfer to the airport for your flight to Sucre. Upon arrival your tour of Jatun Yampara Indigenous Center will begin.
Located 23 Kms from Sucre, a Short and soft walk to visit some typical homes and observe the lifestyle and customs of the ancient culture Yampara. Will see the native houses, burial and ceremonial buildings, will also go to a “chichería” (Native bar) and taste “chicha”. Continue to the Native Sanctuary, small museums and the pottery and textiles workshop. In the afternoon, visit the little school of the community and have a little time to talk with the children studying there (Note: This visit will be possible only from Monday to Friday)

Day 6

Sucre is the capital of Bolivia; this charming colonial city lies at the head of the valley at 2700 meters high.
It's a very interesting tour which includes the visit of Casa de la Libertad, where the Act of Independence of Bolivia was signed in 1825; Bolivar Park, to see examples of the aristocratic tradition in Sucre with small replicas of the Eiffel Tower and the Arc of Triumph of Paris; the church and museum of La Recoleta, and the museum of Indian Textiles ASU

Day 7
Sucre Potosi

Early departure from Sucre by private transport, in a 3 hours trip by an amazing road starting in the valleys at 2,759 masl / 9.020 ft. reach Pilcomayo river and see Puente Arce (a pending bridge used in past), go up to the to the highlands at 4,060 masl /13.320 ft, and reach the famous colonial mining city of Potosi.
This afternoon embark on a Potosi City tour. Explore traditional colonial streets and the artisan market; the famous Mint House, San Francisco church and the front of San Lorenzo church that has one of the greatest examples of stone carvings of the baroque-mestizo style

Day 8
Potosi Uyuni

This morning visit Mine in Cerro Rico. This unique excursion allows you to experience an unforgettable trip thousands of meters underground, to see the living and working conditions of the Bolivian miners (protective clothing and helmets are provided). The silver This afternoon travel to Uyuni. An amazing trip passing through great branches of the Andes range, with lots of colours, erosion and cactus, near the villages of Chaquilla and Tika Tika, and the famous Pulacayo tin mine. It ends in the village of Uyuni (3 to 4 hours), before a big train maintenance and workshop center, now growing a lot due to tourism of Uyuni salt flats and the region.

Day 9
Uyuni Salt Flats and Coloured Lagoons

10:00 am Departure to Villamar village, visiting the trains cemetery, San Cristobal with its colonial church and the villages of Culpina K and Alota, also visit the Valley of the rocks with interesting shapes due to the wind erosion. Then arrive to Villamar. Visit to the cave paintings of Tomás Lakjas.

Day 10
Villamar Ojo de Perdiz

Early departure to Laguna Colorada, to see the famous James Flamingos, unique in its species, see also how the colour change in the Lagoon until it reaches the red colour. Then continue to Sol de Mañana Geysers, going through the water spring and to Laguna Verde, at the edge of the Llicancahur Volcano. Trip back to Siloli desert passing by Arbol de Piedra-

Day 11
Ojo de Perdiz Colchani

Trip to the Great Uyuni Salt flats, crossing the Highlands and passing through minors lagoons. Trip across the Salt Flats until arriving to Incahuasi Island (also known as Fish Island) where it will be possible to see the famous Giants Cactus, then to “Ojos de Agua” and the village of Colchani, this is the best place to observe salt extraction methods and process. At the end of the journey, enjoy the stunning sunset. To finally arrive to Colchani.

Departure transfer for your flight.

• Winter Season (June, July August): water may freeze in the pipes and could take several minutes to heat up
• Rainy season: (January to March) Roads might be in bad shape. Uyuni Salt flats are flooded. Access to Tahua or Incahuasi might be difficult or impossible. Program might have to be changed due to these reasons.
• As roads in Uyuni aren’t paved, we will use 4x4 cars, each one with a maximum of 4 passengers. To avoid high costs, guide and / or Tour Conductor will go in the back part of the cars if it will be necessary.
• Highest Hotel in the area is Tayka del Desierto (4.531 meters above sea level).
