Viva Expeditions offers a “willing to share” option for all single travellers. Providing you are willing to share we will attempt to pair you with another willing to share passenger of the same sex. If there is no one available to share you will have a single room but still pay only the twin share price. However, if you are not willing to share and would like a private room throughout the tour you can request this by choosing to pay the additional single supplement.
PLEASE NOTE: Single rooms + private bathrooms cannot be guaranteed due to location and room design in the following instances:
Chile - Refugio Paine Grande (1 night) – hiking lodge, shared dormitory style accommodation with bunk beds, shared toilet and shower facilities.
Chile - Queulat Lodge (2 nights) – Lovely log cabins, some cabins offer shared bathroom and toilet facilities between two rooms
Southern Explorer (1 night):
Chile - Refugio Paine Grande (1 night) – hiking lodge, shared dormitory style accommodation with bunk beds, shared toilet and shower facilities.
R40 & Carretera Austral (1 night):
